As almost all of you know by now i have revamped the site and will probably be lookin to recruit a couple of new people.
There is only one reason i am doing this, We are a very small group and depend on each other a lot to make our runs successful, All i am looking to do is recruit 1 or 2 people to improve our farmin runs and give people a chance to play other jobs, But the main reason is that if a couple of people have rl stuff to do then we arent short handed and having a slow day.
I would like everyones opinion on this matter so i know where i stand, I dont want to see idc or idm, I would like if you were totally honest so i know where i stand but to clear one thing up, I have said that all new applicant's will be unable to make a Tahrongi Empyrean as we have spent far to much time here and do not really wanna go back to make another.

Hey i know i havnt ever came to a run but i would be willing to come to runs and farm pops for the nms if i knew of set times when runs are im normally busy until 6 on a weekend with work or gettin dragged around by my gf >,< lol

I'm with you on this FB 1/2 mabye even 3 more ppl will be a nice add since like you said not everyone will always be on or have time in weekends (myself including)
With ppl missing the group will be so small its not the effort to go on a run.
Other then that more ppl is more KI's one can hold, NM runs should be faster in that way also.

I agree on what u said, i know im partially responsible bc of school taking a lot of my time now and i can hold 2 sets of every KI there is needed.

so i hope to see new ppl soon to help u guys get around again even though i can't always be there. im usually online but always afk during the day in the weekends so dont think im slacking <.< i can ofc go afk inside abyssea too and have diem gimme a hollar to take ki etc etc. more ppl is indeed nice, i dont see myself doing glavoid the 2nd in attohwa with 4 ppl @.@ and brewing all the way sucks too :\ (sooo not looking forward to that lol)

Hmm first of all i think you are correct about the fact that if only a few ppl cant come in a weekend your pretty much fucked,

Even more so if those are ppl with important jobs like whm or red proccers,

However i should add that after 90 emp i have no intention to ever do another weapon and in that will leave the group after we get our weapons done ( skippii myst samu fb gibbo me )
That being said i dont mind if other ppl join in on the runs and will probably continue to help them out even after the main group is completed , too bad that with samus school starting and ppl getting busy in general some weekends havent at all been productive,

The latter fact can be a reason to get more ppl tho .
So ! kinda mixed signals here but its my honest opinion and i hope it helps at all lol.

I agree with what u all have said, i kno i cant attend every day over the weekends, rich just aint happy if i sit at my pc for 12+ hours al day sat and sunday lol, and i normally have some plans to see family on at least one day of the weekends. I think more people will help us get stuff done faster bcos of carrying more Kis and still being able to do a run if people r missing.
